Because our products are digital products that are delivered electronically, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds once an order has been placed and the digital product has been made available for download.

Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

All digital products purchased from our store are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Duplicate purchases
Purchasing the wrong product
Purchasing a product that is not suitable for your child, classroom, or intended use
Not needing or using the product
Downloading the wrong file
Failure to check the product description, preview, age/grade level, or contents before purchasing

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, previews, included pages, age/grade recommendations, and file format before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

We want you to receive a high-quality product and will do our best to resolve any genuine technical or product-related issues.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, such as:

A file is corrupted or cannot be opened
A download link does not work
You received an incorrect file
A significant part of the product is missing
The digital product does not substantially match its description
